The LHS library staff has opened a STAFF Brain Break Room. The purpose of this space is to boost creativity, reduce mental fatigue, increase productivity and motivation, and improve overall health and well-being. Staff members are encouraged to take brief breaks (10-15 minutes) so they can recharge and refocus, leave all work-related conversations (no “shop” talk), resources, and technology in their classrooms/offices, and build positive connections with colleagues over a puzzle or game.

Thank you, parents and students, for attending our fall Open House event! Promise Neighborhood, SIC President Terrance Barr, and the LHS Student Council officers greeted attendees. Senior Sponsor Sandra Ovalles provided senior parents and scholars with important information about portraits, graduation regalia orders, the senior picnic, and the prom.
